  • EMDRIA-Approved Provider for EMDR therapy

In addition to trainings and certifications, I have my own lived experience of trauma that greatly informs my work. While I may never understand exactly what someone else’s journey has been like, I can empathize with those feelings of helplessness and loss, and thinking things will never get better.
